Having a drink, finishing up online and about to finish a documentary I started yesterday, then off to bed. The GRANT documentary on History Ch. was really good. Just came back from the gym
I hate working out in the morning, it's full of people
I prefer to work out at night I would rather avoid the crowds as well, some people enjoy the crazy scene. I do my workouts at home.

I go to the gym super early in the morning to avoid the crowds (must be backwards by me because the mornings are slow and the afternoons/evenings are busy). I'd rather get it done first thing in the morning and be done with it.
Listening to some music now. Going to have dinner in a bit, then a couple of drinks before bed. Yeah irish i guess you gave me bright idea which is to go to the gym early in the morning Well but first I need to wake up in the morning lol  I need to go to sleep early from now on

The more you stick to it, your body will adjust. Is your gym 24 hours or no? Mine was prior to COVID-19. It's not now (the earliest you can go is 5am, but that's when I would regularly go anyway).
