Yes Meyer, these are hydrangea bush or some call them (snowball) bushes.
They are typically white but depending on the soil type or if you manipulate the soil with Amonium Sulfate you can turn them blue which my wife loves and so do i.
My neighbors come to see the blooms every year and all love how blue they get.
