I haven't had a diagnoses of my intermittent shoulders pain, but I am laying off of lateral raises for now. Also, lat pull-downs since they are causing some shoulder pain.

Try some yoga.... not Grandma Yoga...... intense workout yoga. The streaching can really help. It helped me.

Been having a heck of a week with computer problems on my work computer. Unwinding with some whiskey, David Bowie and relaxing online.

And now i'm about to eat some hummus with bread and then have some rest a little bit.
And then i'll probably play some fifa

No, I've been working since mid-March. Just been having problems with my work computer this week while working from home. Got it straightened out finally today but it's been a heck of a week with virtually no computer/a loaner computer and having to play catch up. Hopefully the problem is fixed, I can get everything I need to get done tomorrow so I'm completely caught up and can enjoy my weekend!

trying to figure out why only a black & white pic can upload for viewing simply.

I am giving up on trying to upload live pics and vids of not only my own bullshit stuff but items that would have been of great interest to many.

Since if a file is not under a quarter of a meg ( which is nothing) it will not be acceptable for upload.
And dont tell me to download and link to another site,,,,, that’s bullshit.
I know how to do that but most do not and do not want their Personal info shared or sold.

Give this website a try DP/Meyer. I use it when posting images here and have never had a problem. Just before you select your picture, select the first drop down box and choose 640x480 (for message boards). Then select the photo and you should be good to go!

Right, I Gave up on the other upload link site after receiving thousands of contributing emails , I’m sure this one will be much better for link upload after sharing my info.

I'm catching up online later than normal. Had to run to a liquor store that's on the other side of town because they only got 2 bottles of something I wanted to try and the owner held 1 of them for me. Tried it and it was good! Worth the trip and probably the money too.
