The Hells Angels here in Canada in the province of Quebec have become incredibly powerful over the years. They may be the most vicious HA chapter in the world now! I have been following this story below for the last couple of weeks and find it pretty interesting. Rene Charlebois is dead now but I think they are still trying to determine if it is suicide or not.

Arrested for the murder of a former Hells Angels relative

A 33-year-old man was charged on Tuesday with the murder of drug trafficker Sebastien Beauchamps, who was shot and killed in a gas station in northern Montreal before the holidays.

Giovanni Jr Presta is suspected by the authorities of having assisted several times the alleged hitman Frederick Silva, arrested last weekend after an intense police hunt.

Silva was filmed in action by a surveillance camera while firing towards Beauchamps last December, according to our information.


This former member of the Rockers, a Hells Angels club-school, was suspected by his peers to have been an informant for the police in the past, according to court documents from the Mastiff project. He who was nicknamed Bass was one of the targets of this drug investigation, but he was never charged.

Wow, this is another indication of the links between HA in Canada and Haitians. It’s hard to deny that Haitians were attacking Rizzuto, curious if it will come out same with Musitano & Luppino. If so what HA in Canada would think this is smart. When you get the backing of the Government, Cops and Power Elite in Canada, and a tool like the Charbonneau Commission sure. But picking a fight like this, is going to require discussions and votes. Also, once it starts it’s not over till it’s over, I feel they underestimated that in Rizzuto, which is crazy to believe.

In Canada, gangsters from Quebec are another kind of breed. Now we talking about gangsters from Ontario, with the 98 murders of Toronto in 2018.
But Montreal is the only Canadian city who had more than 100 murders in one year. And many years with more than 90 murders in one year.

Every gangster can compete with any gangsters. No outsiders can make the rules in a city. Gangsters from Quebec can’t make the rules in Ontario, just like no gangsters from Ontario can make the rules in Quebec.
But, the history of organized crime in Quebec goes a long way. From jewish organized crime, italian mafia, irish mob, street gangs and bikers.
Montreal is a Sin city, corruptions is everything.

Also, for street gangs, there’s two king of street gangs in Quebec. Uou have gangs that are made up of boys in there 20s, and you have does that are made up of men in there 50s.
Those in there 40s and 50s are organized crime.

I think you may have touched on the biggest of all the organized crime, that which corrupts. Don’t know if it will ever be truly ID it, but as long as people love cash money for doing things they shouldn’t do, it’s identity should be safe.

Yes, I think age is really important in Organized crime, street gangs were started by teens. So, if the oldest person in a gangs is 25, well this gang will maie arsh décisions, since 25 is kind of young.
Contrary to street gangs, bikers and the mafia were started by grown men, with experience.
I dont know about other canadian cities, but in Montreal, many older haitians have alot of autority on the younger street gang members. They can’t kill or make drive by shooting like they want to, the olders will intervene, like it happen many time.

For sure, age and experience count in any business, maybe the criminal more than others. So many variables, cops, competition, betrayal, etc.

It’s rarely considered that these professional crooks, pay all the same bills others do, just through criminal means. The same stresses of mortgage payments, children’s tuition, plus potentially getting whacked, must break those that aren’t naturally built for it.

Mom Boucher is probably still respected, but not as much as before. There is a new generation of Hells, and new leaders. The hells Casper Ouimet was well respected and known to make people make money. Mario Brouillette and Martin Robert are really strong in the Hells Angels, and they look like being some of the top players in Quebec.

Fair enough, the residual for popping the screws isn’t going to last forever, and the business goes on.
