The disputed crimes are, for various reasons, those of mafia-type association, criminal association, extortion in competition, fictitious registration of assets, use of money, goods or utilities of illicit origin, falsehood committed by the private person in public deed, issue of invoices or other documents for non-existent operations, concealment or destruction of accounting records, with the aggravating circumstance of having acted in order to facilitate the mafia clan "Mazzei" ("carcagnusi") and with the mafia method.“
