A couple locals that hung around when Nickwas boss and friends with Jr. and or others were all hanging out , few of the guys were pinched in the case and more were most likely made .

Nicky Jr had a crew in AC around the time of the Firstplus scam- AP, Piccolo, Todd Stark, John Parisi (his Cousin) , and Pelullo were a few in it off the top of my head. They were all over the strip clubs and bars in AC those days. I was in my early 20s then spending sometime in the AC Strip Clubs on the weekends. I wanna say this was about ten to twelve years ago.

The Feds are clearly going to use the AP wire he wore and the Undercover FBI agent AP introduced into the crew in another indictment down the road targeting their Capo and maybe some admin in my opinion. This is just my opinion. I have no inside knowledge.

I would say The Capo (Dom Grande) could have a problem down the road. If you read the indictment Piccolo and AP were clearly reporting to Grande. Joey Electric even though he moved down to South Jersey was in the North Jersey crew under Scoops Licata. It’s all there in the indictment.

Sal and his brothers were well known and Sal was not popular but he knew his shit but most did not like him or want him hanging out , Jr. knew his brother and his family from Phil and he was a piece of the puzzle needed for Jr. but Sal was always running his mouth behind his friends back and it got a lot of bad attention .

I think you are right and many have been saying stuff .... could AP been so fucked up that they cannot use it because this should of happened. Attorney Pmac says this could be true. The feds could use the drug dealing AP did even if it was on his own or off the record as a predicate act in a rico trial of his capo even if its 5 yrs down the road. Theyll just throw it in a indictment even if it dont stick.

Persiano and Pelullo - made while Scarfo Sr in prison - Pelullo went to see Sr... it may have been between 2007 - 2010 or so. Pelullo wanted to be a big real estate mogul, and Persiano would rob his mother to have more money in his pockets. He spent years in prison for the murder of Anthony Cavaleri, swears he didn't do - but most of us think he did. He told somebody I know that Nicky Albanese was the person who murdered Anthony Cavaleri, that he was being a stand up guy to take the heat for Nicky A. He came home - started right back up in business again. He had a girl who was taking care of him while he was away (friend of mine) who didn't let him want for nothing. He fcked that up with her - used her up - took everything she had - broke her heart - mentally - physically and emotionally abusive. She told me and my girl that she wishes he would drop dead.

That "guy" Persiano was with Nicky Jr and scumbag Sal Pelullo. From what I was told- Persiano was up to no good from day 1 he stepped out of prison. He ran around with low life wanna be gangsters. I was told by a person who would know..it was a shit show and a joke.

AP is not from Philly. Back in the day he ran around with Louie Turra, they were BIG time drug dealers. AP is from Jersey. Louie got locked up - commited suicide in his cell, that left AP to take over the drug dealing. Louie and AP were at odds with the Philly guys - and the Philly guys really hated Louie Turra, that's understandable. Like I said before - I know that girl that he f*ckd up and f*cked over after years of lying to her. The Turra part is true and it’s difficult to believe thatSkinny let him into the fold , I don’t know what would make hit do that . These guys make some of the most fucken strange decisions .
