They doesn't really have a structure , Camorra clans are more like street gangs than mafia families. There are clans that have a structure and thats Casalesi, Nuvoletta's, Gionta's and so on.But thats is because they are also Sicilian Mafia. so those who have structure does there structure slimier to the lcn right ? They are part of Cosa Nostra. So yes

can someone explain to me how the camorra structure works ? does they have capos ? consigliere ? underboss ?
There a boss that give part of clan territories called zone to his trusted liutenents that are called capizona. So have: Boss Capozona Soldiers (camorristi) If the clan control a huge territory a capozona could control a city or if the clan is small only a hood or a street. Ever in the biggest clan there are some white collar men that invest that invest the money and pay the families of the clan members that are jailed. But the above divisione is the more common.
