I don’t think the fbi is underfunded or any government agency the fbi as a whole, definitely not. but it's been known for a long time that they've cut the OC division into a much smaller piece. I just don't think they would spend that money on surveillance on the guys house 24/7.

Carrying a gun when u are that high ranking is really stupid , if someone wants to kill you , its going be an ambush and gun wont help you at all. The FEDS also stated he wasnt run over by a car. It looks as he was ducking for cover or trying to get under his SUV..
I don't think this was a random act. No way..

Some guy who had a few drinks after a long day at work, runs into and hits Cali's parked car. Words are exchanged and the guy unloads. Seems plausible. Or it wasn't, and someone made a move, in a sloppy, very public way. LE has video. This will be solved.
