The gangs of the province of Crotone were ready to unleash a new mafia war to ensure control of the territory. This is what the police found at the end of an investigation coordinated by the DDA of Catanzaro that led to the arrest of several prominent members of the families of the 'Ndrangheta Crotone. The measures are taken against various members of the gangs of Isola Capo Rizzuto, Crotone and Petilia Policastro accused, for various reasons, of mafia association, attempted murder, extortion, attempted robbery, fire, port and illegal possession of weapons and ammunition.
