Serp, do you think the Patriarca's had to approve the likes of Vetere doing business with Philly? They are obviously in some sort of business together if he is being filmed in Philly.
I can not say for sure I was just saying that they are all talking Philly ,western PA ,NYC,and western NY, NE,but don’t throw out what Biggie is saying he knows what he is saying and if he says definitely then take it.....if he says he herd he means it.
And watch out for the clans from Italy they have a firm grip in some families and on there own and major up north ....
Don’t forget everything we got before the late 80’s came from Canada and and some NY I am sure it’s still rolling so much easier to get stuff from north to south then it is to go south to north and it’s even gaining with all the southern border stuff.
