In my opinion, and only time will tell but I don't believe thier evidence is strong, at the worst maybe a few guys will take pea deals for a few years, I don't see make time for nobody, I say the top tier guys don't get touched...maybe a few soldiers and a couple of capo's that can be replaced with n problem
