U.S. Treasury Department sanctions list was more or less bullshit. They talk about a Brothers' Circle. Something like that never exist. Most guys on the list was connected with Aslan Usoyan and with his successor Zakhariy Kalashov. Another FBI "sweetheart" is Alimzhan Tochtachunow (Taiwanchik) (in my opinion) more connected with Sergei Mikhailov and the Solntsevskaya.
