Haven't read the Milwaukee book but would if it were sitting on my bookshelf. If I ever read another Gotti book it would be too soon. Not sure when the Milwaukee book was written but Milwaukee boss Frank Balistrieri's sons were who casino owner Allen Glick answered to. Oscar Goodman's book claims Balistrieri ordered the bombing of Frank Rosenthal's car. If the Milwaukee book was written past the skim trials in the 80s, then there's probably a lot on Vegas.

"...the successful annihilation of organized crime's subculture in America would rock the 'legitimate' world's foundation, which would ultimately force fundamental social changes and redistributions of wealth and power in this country. Meyer Lansky's dream was to bond the two worlds together so that one could not survive without the other." - Dan E. Moldea
