The Tad Devine/Sanders connection to Manafort doesn't come as a surprise to anyone that's followed the Mueller probe in detail. Sanders campaign was the first to hack in to Clinton voter information at the DNC, in December 2015.
The connections from both the Sanders campaign and Jill Stein's to Russians are well known. Mueller continues to connect the dots. Truth will out.
