So the victim could be the elder Commisso's first cousin, once removed. Could be Raymond Commisso's son. Could be the son of another first cousin of the elder Commisso.

Or the victim's father is a first cousin to one of the elder Commisso's parents, which seems less likely because of differences in age (but you never know).
