Insane how these guys are still regularly hitting people. Canada LE need lessons! In the US the scrutiny these guys would get from hits would cripple them.
The LE up there is more corrupt than here in the U.S. Undercover officers have a harder time up there and really do put their lives on the line. I forget which threads it is on here, but there are agents from the Royal Mounties, Scotland Yard, and a U.S. Federal Agent who talks about how corrupt Toronto, Quebec, and small cities in eastern Canada are. Two even talk about cops on criminals payroll looking into a person and gives the information to whoever paid for the info.
