I am not sure if this has ever been posted or talked about on here, but awhile ago, some Joseph Massimo testimony surfaced on YouTube. I am not sure if orginal is still there, I couldn't find it when searching, so I reuploaded it. Please note of sound quality and noise issues. Thank you. In today's day and age it's crazy that it's so difficult to find the full Massino transcripts. Such a piece of shit. Also pisses me off that he clearly lied on the stand (saying Sonny Black and Tony Mirra weren't killed for Brasco). Lying, murdering and stealing suited the beached Whale Massino just fine until he got pinched. His family has to be ashamed that "the last Don" was shown to be a fat rat and the true man was the pretty boy salon owner. Vinny Gorgeous doesn't get enough credit. The guy is a legend and there really isn't much out there biographical wise. I mean he's in the Bonanno family leadership pic at age 21!! The one with Big Trin, Phil Lucky, Bruno, and I think Sonny reds brother at a wedding....if at age 21 he was so close to powerful Capos he was surely earmarked for future leadership.

My guess is a cell phone or tape recording. This is not my audio and I tried cleaning it up to the best of my audio cleaning ability. Seems like the person who recorded it loves coughing among other things at random intervals. I would suggest a headset if possible. Some parts are clearer than others.

george who was the capo of the montreal crew in 90tys. when massino became boss 91 92 he made george the capo. george had his guys kill joe lopresti who was a made guy in the montreal crew and so was his father. joe lopresti was found in some woods on teh ca/ny boarder. think the hit happend in 94 95 never asked massino for permission.
