Yes but there hasn't been any sort of verified, official chart in the last 15 years. The last one was the top-heavy one showing the remnants in 06. Feliciano was in the Utica shoplifting bust and named as part of the fencing ring. I haven't seen anything official saying he was made, seems to be one of those things where one person on a forum says so and everyone just goes with it. He lived in Brooklyn at the time of the bust, so he wasn't even a Utica-based soldier like charts have him as. Also, which Cardinale are you talking about? I can't think of any in their 40s.
