The strip mall was in Moline Illinois, John Deere road, just off Interstate 74. Not saying that it was the guy, but it looked enough like him that I had to drive by twice. Wish the story was a little more exciting.
Maybe he's somebody's driver/chauffer,some legit businessman or something like that,probably not just saying,he's gotta b up there in yrs.
