I'm pretty sure in the Capeci article not long ago when it was revealed that Bellomo was officially the Genovese boss it said that Petey Red DiChiara operated out of a social club in Manhattan.
I think this is the screenshot of the Manhattan one. Someone listed the address, I looked it up on google street view.
