In theory it could be possible that they killed him inside a house then took him out back, put him on a boat and dropped him off. As far as mob murders being almost banned, that's clearly not the case. The lucchese bust included the Meldish murder and attempted murder of a government witness. Grande killed DiPietro and one guy was shot in a disputed between the members of the lucchese and bonanno family. You can't sustain a criminal enterprise if you're not willing to kill at some point.

So the cops want to question Vincent and Louie Iacono about Carini's murder.
