he controls Ocean County. Im not too familiar with North Jersey, is that considered the Toms River area? What other towns?
I wouldn't really call that North Jersey. The southern part of Ocean County (609 area code) is definitely South Jersey. The northern part of the county is not really either north or south, it's just called The Shore. But most people in this area, either they or their parents migrated down from north Jersey or NYC.
