There may be some confusion as to whether Peretz is now living in London, Ontario or in York Region, which is immediately north of Toronto.

In Jeremy Grimaldi's recent article, to which I've linked below, he states that Peretz is a resident of Vaughan, which is a city in York Region. Grimaldi also explores whether the attempted murder of Peretz is an indication that there are disputes in the GTA over illegal-gambling territory.
