Land of the Dead/George A. Romero's Land of the Dead (1st time; big screen) 2005, Romero, US The walking dead march onto a secluded city run by the rich, but most of the problems come from within. A tiring trend which wears thin on characterisation, clichéd one-liners and gore-fest action scenes; the zombies are, perhaps intentionally, far more interesting than the humans, and the social metaphors to be had are only half-hearted.
