So this is the structure of Tampico in one video. I used to think that the cartel videos used to come from normal sicarios without advice from their bosses but I was wrong. Most of the cartel videos comes from the orders of the bosses in that area/region. This video is no different. This is most probably the plaza boss, captains and other high ranking sicarios from Tampico.
