Yes, I know that Anglo-Saxon is different from Irish, so I was asking whether Charlie Wall was Anglo-Saxon OR Irish. But, since he was McKay (Scottish, I hadn't noticed the the 1st surname when reading, thanks for pointing out), he is an exception among American mobsters anyway, at least this is the first Scottish mobster I hear about having been active in the USA.
