Athens has the highest percentage of the Greek mafia. They seem to be strong in Greece and Albania, with Albania they are in partnership with both Albanians and Russian OC. They have a presence in the Netherlands but are considered second string. Canada (Toronto) they are powerful, but are overshadowed by the Calabrians and Sicilians.
