I liked In The Cut, but I agree, Meg Ryan does romantic comedies like nobody's business. On another topic- I just saw Full Metal Jacket for the first time ever and as you may imagine- was BLOWN AWAY by it. What an awesome film-and it never received an academy award? That's crazy. That Vincent D'onofrio was amazing-he was totally creepy the whole time and freaked me out! Someone I love was in the Marine Corp for about 22 yrs, he's retired now and so I was curious to watch it-because it's one of his favorites. I was very surprised to see how much I liked it. It was hardcore, raw, realistic, and kept me interested and attentive the whole movie.
