No doubt ! I am thinking the shooter was supposed to take the gun .

And he should have never answered his door , should have made them get a warrant .
Could have worked out a few things while that was going through city hall.
Good theory... ya w him letting cops in they get him and clothes and gun...now a days w cameras everywhere tough to do certain things but s philly is so compact with the streets and row houses to get this done elsewhere unless they procrastinated or it needed to be done asap cause he was a snitch
