Probably not much, other than mob guys screwing Marilyn Monroe while he was married to her. Joe beat Marilyn frequently, including on the very night she took the famous photo where the steam blows up her dress. Joe was, as Marilyn described him in the HBO movie Rat Pack, a fuddy duddy. I suppose he might have met some of the Lanza guys in SF, considering he was from their neighborhood, North Beach.
