I think hes saying only Italian made members of the mafia can be wiseguys. So according to Furio , because Jimmy Burke wasnt Italian or a made member of the mafia, he wasnt a wiseguy. And youre wrong Furio. By definition a wiseguy is either a smart aleck, a mafioso, or a simply a high ranking member of a crime family. Nowhere in the definition does it say you have to be Italian to be termed as such.
