I don't think the ceremony makes you a wiseguy, it makes you a made man, there is a difference in my view..
I used wiseguy referred to italian non made criminals,Jimmy Burke was a high level associate and respected like a capo but still an associate. John Gotti was an acting capo and wasnt made,the difference is the etnicity.
