OC type activity but he is not tied or even an associate to any OC family. if anything because of the size of the book, he would be connected THROUGH (not connected with) overseas PPH software players TO some guys in NYC. thats it. use your head. theres a shitload of OC / LCN activity up there in rochester and buffalo but theres absolutely no reason to be a "made" member of whatever family you think is operating up there. theres no mob politics up there like there is in NYC. im from nyc but have family in that area and its a small tightly connected place. remnants of former made guys running scams and selling drugs? yes. 3rd generation relatives of former made guys doing quasi legit businesses? yes. formal making ceremonies (especially of a guy who was just popped) ? absolutely not
