You're right..the batteries. I heard the name of lawyer,Sanford Rubenstein and just thought this was a money grab. Very prominent and effective lawyer from this area. He does some good work but he's known for being an "Ambulance Chaser Emeritus".
The thing is that so many devices use lithium batteries, I have to wonder what's causing just certain types of devices to ignite. I made the joke about Samsung making the e-cigs because their phones are exploding and were recalled.
