And, now it's being reported that golfing legend (one of my dad's favorites) Arnold Palmer has passed on at the age of 87. RIP to both men. Young and old.

What's up with pro athletes and Florida waters? Fernandez today. Marquis Cooper a few years ago. Tim Crews and Steve Olin in the '90s. One in the Gulf, one in the Atlantic, and the other in a lake.

I think we can add Hugh Hefner to the list of deaths in 2016 soon, he only weighs 90 pounds at the moment. Well, at least he enjoyed his life I reckon

He was the only one of the radical Chicago 7 defendants to win such distinction in the mainstream political world.

Tom Hayden was one of the people responsible for putting California on the road to financial and moral oblivion. To paraphrase another poster, "You should always say something good about the dead: he’s dead, good."

Add actor Robert Vaughn to those who have left us this year. He was a gifted actor and I most remember him from his tv show, "The Man From U.N.C.L.E." but his great performances in movies such as "The Magnificent Seven", "The Young Philadelphians" (my favorite role of his) and "Bullitt" will always live on.

R.I.P. Robert and thanks for the hours of entertainment.
