Nicky bianco was made by patriarca and the other gallo members was made in the Lucchese (amuso) or in the genovese (Illiano and Albert gallo). Joey gallo was a soldier with a crew of associates so there was no problem after joe death for the gang members to joint other families but an official capo cant move ie be made in an another family.
