
Possible Outfit member Ignatius Spachese a.k.a. Ned Bakes in 1965 on charges of income tax evasion. He was very close friend with Ricca and Nitti and also union leader Pete Fosco. Bakes was Fosco’s main lieutenant and precinct captain on the city’s West Side. In 1969, the feds arrested this guy with 14 million worth of stolen stock certificates, later he was paroled in 1973 and the Outfit took care of him, by playing him the trunk music in 1975
