In this case, if each person put in $10,000.00 you would need 17,500 people to raise the purchase price. If you did a time share, you'd have 48 people per night per year. It seems like there are 28 bedrooms in five different buildings, so this is probably workable if you got some rollaway beds or army cots or something.
