OMG, what's with the sudden avalanche of black-hating comments? The reason why there's killings in the J'ouvert Celebration because the city and/or the organizers make it take place in gang territory in Brooklyn as opposed to low-crime sections of Manhattan. It's also funny singling out black crime in a forum that is primarily about white mobsters and gangsters!
I'd rather grieve for the 22-year-old young lady who was studying to be an accountant who was shot after she told a stranger to stop grinding on her, and a 17-year-old young man. Neither had anything to do with gangs.
