Sammy used Gotti's bad mouthing as an excuse. He would of turned if Gotti called him the best thing since macoroni. He never did any time and didnt want to spend the rest of his life in prison. He knew they were dead to rights and im sure the governement had much more on gravano than what we read in the papers, same with locascio. Although locascio should have only received 5-10 years not life.

Same goes for leonetti, he would of cooperated no matter what. He didnt want to spend all that time in prison. Prison is not a fun place no matter who you are with behind bars. In all the pics we see of mob guys in prison, smiling and hanging out with a bunch of guys,trust me, they are miserable but just making the best out of a really bad sutuation. Dont believe the smiles in those photo's..
Of course doing a short stint will make things much better.
