agree with your points about Newark. That's the city I grew up in.All the progress that occurred under Booker has stopped.

I made a comment a few months back about the Vailsburg area slowly becoming gentrified. I made the mistake of thinking that just because I saw white faces in an area where there aren't many Whites, that the people were urban professionals and hipsters. But when these Whites walk their dogs, they ACTUALLY pick up and dispose of the poop. Meaning they ain't hipsters or urban professionals.
