Unfortunately for the flag burner he got separated from his group of fellow protestors. So those guys seeing that had nothing else to do. So they grabbed the protestor off the street and took him.

So when they got him where they wanted to take him. They decided they wanted to burn a flag as well. So they poured gasoline on the flag then they put the flag around the protestors head and burned the flag.
