Now that is something that I absolutely love.

There used to be a zillion kosher delis in NYC, but they've become fewer and further in between, and it's becoming harder and harder to find a good tongue sandwich.

You are absolutely the first non-Jew that I ever met who not only liked tongue, but wasn't totally grossed out by it.

Yup, thinly sliced is the way to go. Also, tell the guy you want "center cut".

And much better cold, IMO.
