Oh yeah, vinegar... in moderation, it's great.

Nothing beats a good balsamic, it's good on salads and for dipping bread (though I prefer dipping in olive oil). Oil and red wine vinegar are okay on salads, if not a bit plain, but I prefer a more mild yet tasty vinaigrette. Besides cleaning your coffee maker, the only thing I can think of to use white vinegar for is to add to fresh french fries -- but that's a boardwalk thing.



I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! tongue lol
