Philadelphia actually seems to have quite a number of young guys. Enough to keep their membership steady for years now, including reportedly making several relatively recently. It's not NY-size recruiting pool but the remaining small families around NY (New Jersey, New England, Philadelphia) benefit from being in the Northeast where the Italian-American population is highest.

Mods should mind their own business and leave poster's profile signatures alone.
