Riccobene was a very interesting guy..I took an OC elective course at Temple taught by this ancient former member of the Chicago crime commission back when it was investigating Giancana ..the guy had so much OC knowledge and he actually interviewed Harry Riccobene in prison and shared alot of info w the class ill try and find my notes..but I remember this meek litte old CJ professor said he towered over Harry but that Harry clearly was a no nonsense gangster and the way in which he operated essentially as a soldier autonomously almost outside the Mob was very unique
