Scott got the Kentucky Derby/Outfit connection from Fosco. I used to like Scott, but am now convinced these articles are nothing more than stringing a ton of info he gets from others and that is already obvious to everyone. He just regurgitates the same old crap and tries to make it look new for clicks.
