Zavattoni- id have to agree with you pal, i think Dibella was acting boss at this time and his vote in the Galante murder was from Carmine. Altho i have read Carmine voted against Galante getting whacked it wouldnt matter as he was charged as a member of the commission at the time participating in an ongoing racketeering enterprise, his vote is really immaterial
