All changes to our money have been political statements. Always has been. Before we had Lincoln on our pennies we had Native Americans. Before Jefferson was on our nickels we had buffaloes. Before Franklin Roosevelt was on our dimes it was lady liberty. It's a normal process and it's not new.


But are these changes really necessary? Virtually nobody was asking for them. And, as I said, where will it end?

Mods should mind their own business and leave poster's profile signatures alone.
