I don't think for one moment Plaw disapproves of the aid going out to help those countries involved in that disaster even if one was wearing that t-shirt. I believe he's started this thread as a piss take of those that would really would say "Look at the people we're helping" and object to the aid.

I would be shocked if otherwise.
